What you share

When you opt in, we store your email address, signup time and consent record to send Royal Suit development and launch updates. We do not sell your address or publish the subscriber list. Signing up does not create a game or Steam account.

Where it goes

The existing website stores signups in its Cloudflare-hosted database. Access is restricted to the site owner. Automated agents do not receive the subscriber list. Email delivery is not yet activated; the form saves your interest, and does not send a confirmation email.

Your choice

You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting Tyler through Royal Suit’s Ko-fi page. Future update emails must include an unsubscribe option. Records will be reviewed annually and removed when no longer needed for the launch-update purpose.

Security & measurement

The site checks consent, rejects automated honeypot submissions and limits requests using a short-lived hashed network identifier. Hosting providers may retain operational security logs under their own policies. Steam campaign reporting, when enabled, is aggregate data; it does not identify who wishlisted the game. No advertising cookies or cross-site tracking scripts are added by this launch page.
